Day 1
Today has been an odd day to begin writing what was supposed to be the start of something new. This blog was never supposed to be concerned with politics but a way to give a little insight into what rubbish happens to float through my head , the effects of said rubbish upon others, and how I develop as I take steps into being more open.
As a nation we were to begin our path outside of the European Union , but we find ourselves somewhat "stuck" with the old. Now I don't really mind that we haven't left that particular marriage since I have a belief that peace definitely comes with unity, however I see so much anger within our shores that i'm becoming of the mind that the sooner it is over the sooner we can start to rebuild what the divisive "fascists" have attempted to destroy. Perhaps the upcoming general election will give us a chance to sort out the mess that division has left us with. I spent most of my day reading through articles from all sides of this mess trying to understand why people believe what they do in the hope that I would learn something. I learned that my socialist streak isn't going anywhere soon based upon the facts so far.
My beloved Dorothy isn't too well as she is suffering from loose bowels again. I'm trying my hardest to not be cross when I wake up from my limited sleep to the aroma of dog faeces assaulting my sense of smell. She's an old and once very clean lady who does her very best to wake me from my drug induced comatose state, and on that failure takes herself away from our living quarters to the most sensible spot of lino she can find. I love her even more for this as I really don't like scrubbing shit out of carpet. Tonight I cooked her a 3 egg omelette to try and bind her bowels . Fingers are crossed for the morning.
Tonight I'm treating myself to the watching of my favourite zombie film. Who knew they could run so fast? I'd be dead before the starting gun had finished echoing. World War Z:
When my Sophie was very sick and dying my vet allowed my to give her human meds to handle the funny stool issue! In USA it's called liquid immodium.? Not sure what it's called over there...? Good luck and kisses to D...😚
